On the way from New Jalpaiguri to Mirik to Darjeeling or on the way from Darjeeling to Mirik, many have visited the border view point after Sukhiapokhri or not. The name of this place comes from the border village of West Bengal and Nepal. West Bengal on one side of the road and Nepal on the other side. How to Reach :
You can reach the border from New Jalpaiguri or Siliguri or directly from Bagdogra by reserve vehicle via Mirik. Again from Darjeeling, you can come to the border via Ghum, Sukhiya Pokhri. And if you come via Takda, Tinchule or Lamhatta, it is 6 miles, the border via Jorbanglo. The best way to share is from Siliguri Junction to Mirik by taking a share car. And from Mirik to Sukhia border by car. Besides, Sukhiya's share car leaves every hour from the front of the huge cinema in Siliguri which passes the border.

The border distance is 74 km from New Jalpaiguri or Siliguri or 79 km from Bagdogra. 21 km from Mirik. Rs. 3000 to 3500 by reserve car from NJP or Siliguri. Rs. 4000 from Bagdogra.
